Biografia
Stefano Longo è un Ingegnere Informatico che opera dal 2004 nell'INFN, prima a supporto di esperimenti scientifici (gruppo fisica gravitazionale, SuperB), poi dal 2012 al CNAF, nel Servizio Infrastrutture e Servizi Infrmatici Nazionali, di cui è diventato responsabile nel 2016. In quest'ambito si occupa della progettazione delle infrastrutture altamente affidabili impiegate per l'erogazione dei servizi e delle applicazioni, oltre a coordinare le attività del servizio
Abstract
Infrastruttura di business continuity e disaster recovery dell'INFN
Nella presentazione verrà descritta l'infrastruttura di Business Continuity in uso all'INFN, descrivendone la genesi, i requisiti ed il setup corrente.L'infrastruttura sta per traguardare i 7 anni di servizio: in occasione del raggiungimento dell'End Of Support di alcuni componenti, si presenterà l'evoluzione futura progettata, motivandone le modifiche in base alle esigenze di servizio apprese durante il suo funzionamento.

Stefano Longo is a Computer Science Engineer who has been working at INFN since 2004, first in support of scientific experiments (gravitational physics group, SuperB), then from 2012 at CNAF, in the National Infrastructure and Computer Services Service, of which he became head in 2016. In this area, he deals with the design of highly reliable infrastructures used for the provision of services and applications, as well as coordinating the activities of the service
Abstract
INFN Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Infrastructure
The presentation will describe the Business Continuity infrastructure currently in use at INFN, describing its origins, requirements, and current setup. The infrastructure is approaching its 7th year of service: as some components reach End of Support (EOS), the planned future evolution will be presented, justifying the changes based on service needs learned during its operation.
